Tomato Seeds - Brandywine Yellow - Organic

Indeterminate. Potato leaf foliage. Carolyn Male author of 100 Heirloom Tomatoes for the American Garden says..."the Platfoot strain offers a much higher yield than other yellow brandywine strains, and the fruits have far fewer blemishes. Now it's the only Yellow Brandywine I grow."

Yellow Brandywine is always one of the last to produce in the garden as it needs a long season and benefits from warm nights. However, it is worth the wait! There were very few fruits less than a pound and most were closer to 2 lbs. Make sure to have excellent support. I noticed no disease problems and was even impressed when it went through some mild freezes unscathed. Not as prolific as Red Brandywine so plant a few extra plants because you will need them. Visitors to the winery couldn't keep their hands off them!
