Our Rainbow Baby Lettuce Seed Mix was specifically designed for garden-to-table cultivation. Includes a colorful blend of green lettuce, red lettuce, and mustard. To grow lettuce baby greens, spread them across the surface of your soil (spaced a little further apart than microgreens). Cover with a very thin layer of soil and spray down. To increase the growing time, you can begin by covering them with plastic wrap or a greenhouse tray. After a few days, the seeds will geriminate. Once you see leaves poking through the soil, place the growing tray under a grow light or next to a window. Keep soil moist, checking daily. Thin baby green seedlings if crowding occurs. As the weeks pass, you'll see your baby greens develop into small leafy plants that are ready to eat after about 4 weeks. After the inital harvest, you can continue cutting your greens and enjoying them for several additional weeks.
