Mustard

The tiny yellow to brown seeds of Mustard have a variety of culinary applications. Seeds may be ground-up, treated with vinegar and spice to make the classic condiment paste also known as Mustard. Mustard may be ground in a garden in order to harvest the 'greens', which add a unique flavor profile and depth to any salad, sandwich, or soup. Mustard is a great source of oil and protein as well as Vitamin K.
