Collard Seeds

Collard greens, a staple in southern cooking, is in the cabbage family with broccoli, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts. Every part of the plant can be eaten. Like its close relatives it is a cool weather crop and varieties such as Vates is frost and bolt resistant. For spring crop plant inside 8 weeks before last frost date and transplant when six weeks old.
