Bean Seeds - Tenderette Green


This green bean was introduced in 1962 by the Charter Seed Company of Twin Falls, Idaho. Tenderette is a delicious, stringless, high-bearing green bean that produces over a long season of picking.


Tenderette Green Bean Seeds

The plant reaches 20" tall and bears long, straight, consistent 5" long green beans. Tenderette has a flavor that is rich, succulent and full of snap. Excellent steamed, stir-fried or even raw.

If you are looking for a bean that doesn't produce all at once for the table and flavor is important, then Tenderette is the bean for you. Tenderette is resistant to common bean mosaic virus and New York 15 virus. Excellent fresh, frozen or canned. 58 days.
