Sweet pea Knee High Mix blooms are a floral shop favorite and promise to complement your own fresh cut arrangements and bouquets. Knee High Mix seeds are ideal for growing in limited spaces because the semi-dwarfed plant does not truly climb and vine out like other varieties of sweet pea. Knee High Mix sweet pea seeds are easy to grow and promise a vivid mix of lavender, scarlet, cream, pink, purple, red, and white blooms.
For direct outdoor sowing, plant 3 - 4 Knee High Mix sweet pea seeds 1" deep and 12" apart in rich, fertile, and well-drained soil in full sun after the last frost. To maximize vigor and growth, plant Knee High Mix seeds at the bottom of a 6" trench. Germination will take about 12 days. Once sweet pea Knee High Mix plants are established, fill trench in gradually until ground is level and plant continues to grow. In mild climates, plant Knee High Mix sweet pea seeds in September through November. Or plant in spring and sow indoors 4 " 6 weeks before final frost then transplant.
