The gourds have a large round base that narrows to a long curved neck and a drooped over bulbous top. They are dark green with white speckles. Gourds grow 5-8" wide at their rounded base and have a 12-16" neck. They can weigh 5-15 lbs. They are fully mature 105-125 days after sowing seeds, and are an excellent decoration with a nice color before they are dried, although they will last much longer after being dried.
