Non-GMO. Coriandrum sativum. This split seed has had the individual seeds separated from the multi-seed pods in which they grow naturally. Sometimes called 'monogerm cilantro', these seeds are better for precise seeding than the version still in the pod. Ideal for microgreens. Clean and deliciously fragrant, it is lovely to work with and has good, even germination.
