Cabbage Seeds - Pak Choi - Shanghai - Microgreens Seeds
Pak choi microgreens are super easy to get started and shanghai microgreens seeds are no different. Plant your pak choi cabbage seeds on the surface of a moist growth medium or soil--coco coir is also a great medium! Spray down seeds with water and cover with either a light layer of soil or a moist paper towel. This helps the seeds germinate by providing extra humidity and added darkness. Also, cover your seeds with another tray or a plate that will black it out. Too much light can affect germination results negatively, so, we opt to place them in complete darkness for a couple days. Check moisture each day and uncover once seeds have sprouted and the first set of leaves begin to open. Place them under light for an additional three to four days.
