The Boltardy beet is rich in both taste and color. Unlike many beets, the Boltardy can be sowed as it doesn’t bold. Seeds should be planted ½” below the soil surface either indoors or outdoors. For indoor growth, seeds should be sown once they have sufficient leaves. For outdoor growth, seels should be planted 2” apart from one another.
