Salad Burnet Seeds

Salad Burnet Seeds

Salad Burnet is a perennial in zones 4-8 but can be grown as an annual outside of those regions. The foliage is both edible and used for medicinal purposes. Burnet can be used to improve digestive issues, treat burns, aid swollen and bleeding gums, and control excessive bleeding. These leafy greens display small pink or purple blooms and have clean, cucumber-like flavored foliage. If you want the nutritional benefits Salad Burnet has to offer without eating the foliage, you can grow these as a microgreen.
