Penstemon

A unique ornamental flower, Penstemon is distinct because of the blossoms' unique shapes and colors. Usually, the blossoms are tubular with petals fanning-out at the edges. Some species have several flowers growing up the hardy stem. Often, the blossoms have hairy figures protruding from the bud.
