Epazote Seeds

Epazote is a culinary herb famously used in Central America, specifically Southern Mexico and Guatemala. It also goes by the name wormseed, Jesuit's tea, or Mexican tea. This herb is prized for its robust tangy taste like is found in anise, citrus, and creosote. You will often find it used to season bean dishes to reduce flatulence properties. It is a vigorous grower requiring no indoor starts. Plant directly in a full sun location. Be aware that it does have weed-like hardiness that requires consistent maintenance to prevent spreading beyond the desired bounds. It is even considered invasive to some regions.
