A true wheatgrass juicer masticates and presses the pulp to slowly extract the wheatgrass juice from each blade of grass as opposed to high speed juicers, which we don't sell. High speed juicers usually get clogged due to fiber in the grass, and the centrifugal force & speed of the juicer oxidizes enzymes.
