Base Greens
- 60% Green Cabbage, shredded
- 10% Red Cabbage, shredded
- 30% Green Lettuce, shredded
Additional Add-Ins
- Broccoli, thinly sliced
- Carrots, shredded
- Rambo Radish Microgreens
- Mustard Microgreens
- Croutons
- Green Goddess or Ranch Dressing
Instructions
1. Prepare Your vegetables by washing them and cutting as directed above.
2. Start by adding the cabbage and lettuce as your green base. Next, add the broccoli and carrots as desired for better texture and color.
3. Then add the microgreens to add a spicy touch of flavor to your salad. Add according to your taste preferences. If you are new to using spicy microgreens, we suggest using a light hand.
4. Finish off your salad with some Green Goddess dressing or ranch, and a sprinkle of croutons.

I'm Ashleigh Smith, a native to Northern Utah. I first gained a love of gardening with my grandmother as I helped her each summer. I decided to make a career of it and have recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Horticulture from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
