Ingredients
- Fresh Thin Wonton Noodles
- Bok Choy
- Pork lard, oil, or butter
- Sweet Soy Sauce (ABC brand recommended)
- Light Soy Sauce
- Hot Chilli sauce (optional)
- Pickled Green Chilies (Optional)
Instructions
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. While the water is heating wash and cut your bok choy. Then prepare a bowl with your seasonings and sauces. Use about 1/2 teaspoon of oil, butter, or pork lard, 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, 1 teasoon sweet soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon chilli sauce. These sauces may also be measured with your heart.
2. Once boiling, add a bundle of noodles to cook for about a minute. Be sure to loosen them first. Constantly mix to prevent the noodles from sticking to each other. Remove and drain. Toss noodles with seasonings to coat well.
3. Add a few leaves of bok choy to your boiling water after cooking the noodles to blanch for about a minute. Then add to your prepared noodles.
4. To add an extra kick to your dish, garnish the noodles with some pickled green chilies.
5. Repeat steps 1-4 for each desired serving.
*For a more filling dish add some pork, chicken, or beef.
