While I am to late to join the challenge, I wanted to just add that kids absolutely love microgreens! Even picky kids! I grew them for the first time a few years ago and my youngest couldn’t wait to try them. Usually a very picky eater who was not interested in getting anywhere near a vegetable, she couldn’t wait to try these very cute and tiny little plants. She has been hooked ever since! Great information in this article and I’m now off to follow Donny Greens on YouTube!
