Flowering Brassica Seeds
Flowering Brassicas are plants from the Brassica family with green leaves, yellow flowers, and green or purple stems that are harvested at the flowering stage. At this time everything from the stem to the flower is edible. The use of flowering brassicas for culinary use is most popular in Chinese cuisine. Because the entire plant is edible at this point you can use it in a salad, as a garnish, or steam, saute, pickle, and stir-fry it. Our most popular flwoering brassica is Yu Choy Sum. In addition to their culinary uses, flowering brassicas can also be grown for ornamental use.
