Giving Tuesday Thank You

It has been an incredible delight to partner with Utah Dine Bikeyah for 2022’s Giving Tuesday. Throughout this partnership, we have hoped to spread awareness of how important it is to recognize the history, values, and contributions of the Native American people across this country. Utah Dine Bikeyah is an organization local to Utah and the western United States. Still, there are many more great organizations and conservation groups who would love to share their knowledge about honoring and respecting the land we live on.

Living sustainably extends beyond regulations and organic growing; it is a way of life. We know this week has been filled with businesses sponsoring various causes, but we are so thankful to those of you who joined us in supporting UDB in its goals and purpose.

Through your generous participation, we were able to provide $2,500 dollars in cash donations, thousands of seeds, an assortment of our most recent seed products, and a $500 gift certificate to True Leaf Market for their future needs of seed and garden supplies. We know this will be put to good use!

We love the idea of coming together with those around the world to do good. It can be easy to get wrapped up in receiving gifts throughout the holidays, but we hope the spirit of giving will continue throughout this season and the coming year. Giving has so many forms! You can express gratitude, give service, compliment and forgive others, show patience, and give gifts. Please continue to serve others and give what you can. The need to serve and be served doesn’t just disappear after the holidays. We hope that you will continue to join us in the various causes we partner with and support from time to time.

Thank You!

I am Native American (Choctaw) I`m disabled and on a very fixed income. I have a small garden and was hoping that maybe you or yours could donate a few seeds for my garden for next spring. corn, beans, bell peppers, and the like would be most helpful. I would be humbled by any help. please e-mail for my address, or any or info. thank you so much . . .
