Our Free Shipping Service:
We utilize 🚚 Surepost and many other shipping carriers when you select our free service model. If you can only receive mail from a certain carrier, you must select that service instead. We cannot select a carrier for you if you select our free shipping option. Please plan accordingly.
Shipping to a PO Box:
🚛 Our free service does not apply to any specific carrier and to ensure your package gets to your destination, you must select Priority Mail or First Class at check out. Please keep in mind priority mail is not a guaranteed service, it's perspective delivery dates can vary.
Please look over your order carefully as no order alterations can be made.
- We cannot add additional items.
- We cannot combine multiple orders.
Please place the order as you would like to receive it. Only cancellations can be made once submitted, permitting the order has not yet shipped.
Will-Call and Local Pickups:
If you live in Utah, or near 🌄Salt Lake City, you have the option to select will call, place your order, and pick your order up in person. This still takes a standard amount of processing time. You will receive two notices. The first once we receive your order. For the second, customer service will contact you when your order is ready for pick up. Same day pick-ups are not available.
Checking your order Status:
To check the status of your order keep your order number handy, our chat bot 🤖can look up the status for you at any time.
