Sprouting Seeds and Grains

Sprouts are one of the greatest sources of nutrients. Avoid running short on your favorite seeds, mixes, and grains by scheduling recurring orders with the new subscribe and save option located on our most popular seed pages. Schedule your favorites to arrive every month, three months, or six months. Want a different frequency? No problem, you can customize the frequency after ordering your first subscription.

Whether you keep fresh-grown catgrass ready or sprout bird seeds for your winged friend, we hope you will enjoy the ability to plan ahead and save on your frequent purchases.

How To Subscribe & Save

Starting a subscription is easy! Simply add the items you want to be ordered on a regular basis to your cart by selecting the subscription option on the product page. Creating a subscription will give you 5% off your current and recurring purchase of applicable products. While not all sprouting, grain, or microgreen seeds are available for subscriptions, we have enabled our most popular and reliable selections.

I was bit intimidated w/trueleaf. I am extremely happy w/ my first purchase. I am learning to be more comfortable with their web site. The info they provide has helped me in starting my microgreen garden.
