Considered a subshrub, Vinca spreads wide and far as it creeps along the ground. Vinca has often been used on public grounds to provide a nice ornamental flowering plant that requires little maintenance. The foliage is a deep green with a glossy texture that juxtaposes the bright, delicate nature of the tiny flowers on top.
Catharnthus roseus This new variety offers a very compact and basal-branching habit. Huge, 2" flowers with nicely overlapping petals, and strong performance in pack and garden. Includes the first true red vinca.
