85-95 Days to maturity. Fall Planting. Spring Blooming Tulipa gesneriana ‘Purple Pride’. Purple Pride Darwin Hybrid Tulip Flower Bulbs. Non-GMO, hybrid. Perennial in zones 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. Annual in zones 9 and 10 (choose pre-cooled bulbs). Displays lavender-colored blooms in the mid to late spring. Recommended for growing in beds and containers. Purple Pride Tulips are great for use in the landscape as a cut flower, border, bedding, focal point, or mass planting. Tulip flowers are not recommended for culinary use. Darwin Hybrid Purple Pride tulips are known for their large, long-lasting flowers and strong stems, making them less likely to be damaged by wind and rain.
