These sunflower seeds are certified organic, hulled, and unseasoned. They are raw and have a fair germination rate if used for sprouts. They work well for sprouting if you want to eat the whole sprout. If you want to grow sunflower greens in soil you should use sunflower in the shell (black oil). Fully grown sunflower greens (grown in soil using the in-shell sunflower) are also delicious in sandwiches or in salads. The seeds are suitable for roasting / toasting, use in cereals, breads, and more. Also suitable as birdseed. They are high in vitamins and minerals and have an especially high content of Vitamin E.
