Nut & Seed Milk: Blend soaked nuts or seeds in a blender with cold water. Pour slurry into the nut milk bag and gently squeeze out all the milk. Flavor to taste. Save the pulp to add to cereal, cookies, breads & more.
Juicing: Blend fruits and vegetables with some water. Pour the slurry into the nut milk bag and gently squeeze the juice out. Use the pulp in cakes or breads, jams, smoothies & more.
Steeping Tea: Place chopped or dried herbs into the nut milk bag and steep in hot water.
Sprouting: Place seeds in the nut milk bag, and soak in cold water for 6 to 8 hours. Hang the bag and rinse it thoroughly twice a day. Most sprouts should be ready in 3 days. Note: Works best with larger sprout seeds: Green Pea, Garbanzo, Adzuki, Mung & Lentils. Great for sprouting on the go.
How To Clean: Wash thoroughly after each use. Turn the bag inside out and rinse thoroughly in warm water to remove all pulp and residue. Scrub by hand with warm water. Rinse thoroughly. Air dry. Can be washed in a washing machine, but do not wash with clothing. Soak in water with liquid grapefruit seed extract to remove stubborn stains.
