If you are just starting wheatgrass juice, here is some basic advice to keep you going!

1. Start with 1 Ounce of Juice a Day! Gradually build up to 2 ounces over the period of about 2-3 weeks. It doesn't take much to see effects in your energy levels and overall health!

2. Drink it on an empty stomach and don't eat for about 30 minutes after drinking it. This allows the grass juice to absorb fast and effective so you get the full benefit.

3. Keep about one flat a week going per person. Each flat yields about 12 ounces of juice.
If you keep a regular schedule, it will be easier to stick with growing it! It is so easy to grow and requires just basic maintenance of watering once a day.

4. If you get tired of drinking wheatgrass, don't give up! You can switch over to barleygrass juice which has the same nutritional benefits but is not so sweet. It has a completely different flavor and can help you keep going!

I drink 12 ounces of wheatgrass a day. Is there clinical evidence that your body stop absorbing the nutrients after a certain amount
