A variation of the famous Red Scotch Bonnet pepper, the Yellow Scotch Bonnet shares all the same flavors and heat profiles, rated at anywhere from 100,000 - 350,000 SHU. Scotch Bonnet hot peppers first emerge as small and green 1 inch big button peppers that turn yellow when ready to harvest. About 6,000 seeds per OZ.
Scotch Bonnet pepper seeds are native to some of the warmest regions on earth and thrive in a number of hot, arid, and challenging gardens.
