Misome Seeds (Komatsuna Tatsoi Mustard)
Misome (Brassica campestris narinosa) is an Asian green known for its heat tolerance. Misome is a cross between Komatsuna and Tatsoi. It is an all-season green with a nutty mustard flavor. These leaves can be identified by their textured, glossy, tender leaves. You can grow Misome as a cut and come again green for salads with a kick throughout the year. Typically misome is pickled in Asian cuisine. This type of green is often loved for its combination of heat tolerance and resistance to Downy Mildew and White Rust.
