21 to 45 days. Asian brassica somewhat like Pak Choi, but with narrower petioles and larger ruffled, light green leaves. Wonderful addition to salads or baby green mixes, or grow on to maturity for stir-fries. Harvest anywhere from microgreen, through baby green, to full maturity. Easy to grow in spring, summer, or fall. Tolerant of light frost.
