Organic Soybean Sprouting Seeds
When sprouted, Soybeans are a good source of Vitamins A, B, C, and E, as well as Calcium Iron, Magnesium, phosphorus, and, of course, protein. Said to be great for women going through menopause, and rumored to lower cholesterol.
- Soak Time - 8 to 12 hours
- Rinse Frequency - 2 to 3 times a day
- Yield - one cup of seeds produces 2 cups of sprouts
Be aware that Soybeans have lower germination rates than other sprouting seeds. Soybean's other uses include making milk and tofu. Also, it makes a great addition to your food storage. Store in cool dark places for maximum shelf life: 4 years.
