Up to 90 days. AAS Winner for 1997. This new Thai basil has sweet and spicy, 3 to 4 inches long leaves with overtones of anise. Attractive red-purple stems and pink-violet flowers are highly ornamental with a licorice aroma. The vigorous plant is easy to grow, with few disease and pest problems.

With a lovely clove aroma, Siam Queen is easy to grow and will add a unique flavor to any meal. Bright green leaves flourish in 6-8  hours of sunlight a day and will thrive indoors and outdoors, in containers or in herb garden beds.
